    Yes, I got a check for $3,525
    They said that it is the clearance fee for the agent who is going to get the money here.
    I think if it is a fraud, Bank can tell that.
    Also I found this WebSite which says it is a Check Fraud:

    If you look at the check it is the same logo as the it is on the Site.
